I would strongly recommend removing this comment. While charges may get pressed, if the perp gets a lawyer, this is evidence of, "my client tried to leave, was assaulted, and we're filing this civil suit to recoup the cost of this injuries."

it really doesn't matter if it's 2k, 4k, or 6k. All are more than enough to squish.

I second this. Every kid and family different. You will find your own things that work.

You may consider yourself to be “extremely pro bike” but your post is attracting the exact opposite. Posts like yours really brings out the people who love to see violence.

Hi there! I'm DMing you about the fathers of young children group you're starting up. I saw your post on the r/RVA subreddit and am interested. Is there a website with more information?

The person that started the name-calling by calling me dense reported me! Oh no. What a fucking nerd.

We don’t but we were already in the process of looking for one for when I move in. Looking for a berniedoodle or something like it! This is a great analogy though, thanks

My guy, cars have safety features that make t boning less lethal. Bikes are just a frame and a helmet. I hate cars who run reds more than bikers who do because of the danger involved. You're being intentionally obtuse

Cars do the same thing. Write a love letter to them.

I'm extremely pro bike, up until one runs out in front of me while I'm driving through an intersection which is signalled for my right of way.
This is not an anti bike post. This is a "I almost killed a biker today due to their own negligence please be more aware" post

How I wish they gave the music hall the love it deserves. Probably the current best room in town bar the camel.

Do you have a dog? The best thing I feel like I can tell people about parenting is how you know you wouldn't get up and go to a park and sit on a bench and enjoy it for yourself, but you take a dog to the park to watch them see the big world and explore it, and their joy in that experience makes something really meh and turns it into something you enjoy and want to do. Parenting is a lot like that. A lot of it sounds really horrible without the context of loving your kid.

Cops also told me it was my fault my shed was broken into because, "what idiot would have a shed in this neighbourhood? They're working on gentrifying it, but they haven't gotten there yet."
