what you describe is NOT how most richmond "street corner" drug dealing is set up. what you describe is how its done in baltimore(the wire was somewhat accurate portrayal of Baltimore's drug trade), Philadelphia & other larger cities, but most Richmond street dealing is not set up like that. no idea where it is that you are observing what you think you are seeing, but you are probably misunderstanding what you are watching.

During the search, police recovered around 127 pounds of suspected marijuana, 150 pounds of edibles containing marijuana, 14 pounds of suspected psilocybin mushrooms and 18 pounds of suspected psilocybin mushrooms bars, according to court documents. Officers also secured three firearms, $15,000 and multiple documents during the search.
Ummm not to mention the DMT lab in the back of the shop plus other class 1 and 2 narcotics. This wasn’t just about weed this was about multiple felony count’s happening. This is close to a Rico case and he’s probably not going to see the light of day for a while

I had just finished my senior year of high school when that happened, and one of my friends from HS told me he was on the lawnmower when the 'quake happened. He literally had no idea it happened until like an hour later (it was Powhatan, so we felt a pretty good tremor out that way). No idea how much it shook Henrico or Richmond tho.
My parents were devastated by the single lawn chair that had fallen over from the destruction.

Yes. I don't use either, but the people who do use them will use them if they're legal to use/possess or not. Regulating them like we do with alcohol/cannabis would make them at least clean.
Decriminalize all drugs, make rehab available for those that want it, make narcan widely available.

Do I support heroin use? No. Would regulation of it prevent a ton of fentanyl overdose deaths? Absolutely.

I fell in love with the natural beauty of the state. I'm originally from the Southwest, and when I first visited VA I was completely enchanted with how green and "alive" everything feels.
I also really appreciate being like, smack-dab in the middle of the Eastern Seaboard. There are countless road trip options that don't feel prohibitively inconvenient, and it's quick/easy to head to DC if I need to fly internationally.

Reply to comment by choicebutts in When do trains pass over the trestle trail? Is there a schedule? I took this on film, and would like to repeat with a train passing. TY! by UnfilteredFacts
Having researched this I'm surprised to learn that industrial trains are so irregular, but apparently use a system of trains taking a particular route in a specific order.
But there is something "advanced train control system" or ATCS which has real time data on the locations of some trains. Some of that data is available on trainmon5, which I've submitted an application to join. Might end up being a dead end, but I'll report back.

If someone has deep fake child porn, or whatever I don't care how much they have or how often they look at it. > >Honestly 9 years when there's no evidence that the person has ever had any inappropriate contact with a minor is ridiculous.
Holy fuck, u/ttd_76, you're actually literally advocating for leniency for a pedophile who has nearly a thousand pictures of toddlers being raped.
You need to take a long hard look at your life, my dude.

Reply to My car was towed for street cleaning with no signage. How do I dispute it? by Steezinandcheezin
Where did this happen? Some Fan streets have permanent signs for weekly street cleaning that are sorta far apart and not apparent, but hard to fight.
Dispute online here:

I think you can also dispute in person, but I don't have any info on that.

I am guessing that the new trucks will have arms or something to lift the cans. 95 gallon cans would be very difficult for a human to lift. Especially if it has a large amount of paper in them. They also, in theory, be able to stay in the truck.
