Pretty harsh reaction from his wife

Back in my college days I used to work for Bakers Crust. They do have very good brunch options. I remember working a weekend morning shift. We had closed the whole restaurant down (on Cary) to accommodate a bridal party.
Look at their menu, and if you are interested, I would give them a call. I’m specifically talking about Cary st location, not short pump one. As Cary st one is smaller and don’t get as much business as the other location.
Congrats on getting married!
Edit: they do serve pitchers of Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s for brunch. Personal recommendations: chicken and waffles and Swanky eggs Benedict. For some reason, Cary st location has a tastier breakfast/ brunch than the other location.

As a young gay growing up in south Florida, I always found it interesting that poppers were reliably hidden at gay adult stores and you had to use codewords to get them, but they were always out in plain sight at any straight adult store I visited.
I'd put Taboo solidly in "everybody adult store" category but appreciated that they had them on display or at least a sign at the register. Makes me happy that the police don't harass them for that.

There is a US Embassy in Cuba. The US has a diplomatic relationship with Cuba. The embargo limits US citizens and businesses from trading with Cuba.

They have no loitering signs on that bridge now.

Taxing the rental market more wouldn't lower prices and would worsen the problem you're trying to solve.

Cannon auction? I didn’t have a god experience buying from them, but that is the only place I can think of right now.

There are 2 price tiers, up front(rapids) and lawn. Like everyone else said go to plan 9 and save a bunch on the charges.

if it's mid century modern there's a good market for it. If it isn't, there isn't.
Which is great for someone like me that actually likes mahogany furniture and appreciates good craftsmanship. I'll take a piece of furniture that has lasted 100 years and will go another 100 without thinking over disposable Ikea crap any day

In that case maybe, but they had another few in the works up here, including at least one that was pretty close to complete, that they have stopped work on for now.

I would hesitate to visit a country that my home country has no diplomatic ties to. If you were to end up in legal trouble for any reason you will not be able to rely on your embassy to negotiate on your behalf or offer any kind of advise or assistance. I would love to visit Cuba and I think it is dumb that we still have such a frigid relationship with our close neighbor, but I'm not gonna put my ass on the line to go on a vacation.

I’ve had to explain this exact situation to venmo years ago- just wrote ‘kuba kuba’ as I was paying friends for lunch there and they blocked it- glad to see they still boycotting this place? Haha
