Mine went up over 60%. When I called they said “we drove by and saw new siding, new windows, and solar panels, and we just assumed you did work on the inside too and based the estimate off of that”. Nice.

my understanding is the Raising Cane's plans for that location got canceled a while ago and instead they recently opened the one near chesterfield towne center

I can't speak to overall frequency, but this particular individual would linger by the rail on a weekly basis last year until calmed down by police and medical personnel, before being whisked away in an ambulance. I haven't seen them out there since maybe April of last year, but the scenario played out the same as it always used to.
