That law you linked is for licensed assisted living facilities, not rentals.

Iandlords are petty and hold grudges. If you plan on renewing your lease and staying there, wait it out. But if you plan on moving, point out the law and understand they will most likely be slow to respond to maintenance requests until the lease runs out and then will jack up the rent.

Now think about the benefit $3.5M could provide to schools in the same terms

Naming and shaming cause they’ve been real dicks about it too: The Point at Beaufont, right near Chippenham hospital. Owned by Pegasus residential.

The front office is open year round and a quick check of their page on the MiLB website shows about 34 employees who would beg to differ. You don't just whip up 4-5 months worth of events, food, beverage, and entertainment the month before the season starts. Plus all the directors and managers of the different aspects of the ballpark help support jobs of the vendors that supply all the things necessary to have a functioning park. Plussss that doesn't include the part time staff that support the diamond for the whole spring/summer, nor does it also include the roster of players, trainers, coaches who are still employed by the squirrels that spend the off season playing in international leagues.

Not sure why all the downvotes this feels pretty accurate.

I can't see the matching rows but it reminded me of when I had a huge jump. I bought my house in lakeside I got a real estate tax discount for I think it was 2 years and once that expired it was a lot more. Not sure if that applies to you but does that sound vaguely like anything they mentioned when you purchased.

Has the fence been built to local codes? Is a permit required for a fence in your area? I'm just thinking if it is not built to code, the local authorities may get involved. May be more leverage against your neighbor.

Nope. Didn't even get around to planting the shrubs and making any exterior improvements I wanted to last year.

Thanks for sharing. I read the VDH report— some cancers are statistically higher in Hanover County than the state during the period they analyzed the data.
My question—if you are not on well water, could you still be impacted? And why Hanover County and not down the road in Henrico?
