I don’t often share this advice because I don’t want my favorite taco place to get overly busy, but Taqueria Y Antojitos El Chido on Staples Mill. It’s a truck permanently parked at a BP gas station. Tacos are awesome, but don’t overlook the burrito’s either.

Saws-All, sledge hammer, copy of survey and copy of the returned certified mail to show the good faith attempt to allow them to resolve their error and in-case police are called, and a few friends to help lift sections of the fence. You could have it down in 2 hours. Beer and BBQ to thank friends and celebrate the re-annexation of Crimea. You can buy the saw and sledge at Harbor Freight for under $50 total probably, $50 on BBQ, and $50 on booze ~ $150.

Like, about the landlord or some tips for cooling your apartment?

I can't begin to know the former, but I saw somewhere a physics teacher talking about how to cool a room without relying on AC when it's not super hot out like now.

Open the windows and point a fan towards the outside, but back a bit from the window itself. Creates some kind of tunnel effect I don't remember the name of. Helps cool things down a good bit and it seems to work for me.

Hello, RVA... my name is Phil Conein. I don't hide behind a meme. I saved those trees from being chainsawed by the city. Yes, they are Barford Pears. Yes, years ago they hosted the largest rootings population of Purple Martins on the east coast. The flock was so large, it showed up on the radar. People would travel for miles around to witness this rare event of them flying all over the sky dashing in to find their place on a branch of their favorite Pear tree. Also, it is a true experience to have the pedals rain down on you like falling light pink snowflakes when the Pear Trees turn green.
