Not always the most accurate of current stock but there's a Where to Buy tool on their website. https://www.topochico.com/
A quick search of RVA shows it should be available at Kroger, Target, Publix, and Walmart locations.

Can confirm, this would be the place to get it. Note the Short Pump Costco doesn't carry it

This is one of those things that sets Richmond apart from other cities to me, the lack of commitment to entertainment venues.
Between this and the coliseum, I just don't understand why the city has such a problem maintaining and building venues like this?

Moore St. Cafe has cheap, delicious, & consistently solid diner food + large portion sizes. They also have inexpensive mimosa pitchers that you can get housed on if you aren't careful. The owner & his staff are friendly & deliver solid service -- a big perk in my book. They even have Kuba Kuba's house hot sauce if you ask for it (tasty and pairs well with brekkie). Enjoy!

I’ve gotten it at Bellgrade Kroger before, both with and without alcohol. No idea if it was seasonal there.

Moore Street is superior to McLean's in just about every way except they stop serving breakfast at 1030.

Went to Beijing on Grove a few years back, it was awesome! Returned a month later, it was not. After it closed and reopened for pandemic, we got some carryout which understandably was no better than our local Chinese joint.
Fortunately we gave it one more shot last Friday, and it is better than ever—the chicken broccoli, basil beef, dumplings, fried rice, all best in town to us. Seems like they got new chef.
Prices, though, won’t be a weekly thing like our now-substandard neighborhood spot.

Idk every grocery store. There's also latin grocery stores and markets in the area. I like the one next to Mekong on Broad St in the near west end

Does anyone have a suggestion on places to park to catch the Pulse into the city for the VCU game this evening? Thanks!

Anyway not much is open in Carytown in the mornings. You're close to the vmfa though if you haven't seen that yet.

Swingset $250: https://a.co/d/gV5xbID
My kids are too old for it, and it’s sitting disassembled in my shed. A few (maybe 5 out of 50?) of the bolts are stripped and would need to be replaced.
Bassett dining table and chairs $400: https://imgur.com/a/d9eGPY3
72x44 inches 4 regular chairs, 2 chairs with arm rests. 2 extensions to add room for 4 more people. Solid wood. These are 15 years old. Still very sturdy but worn.
I will help you load into your truck.

Reply to comment by laborpool in MLB-required upgrades to The Diamond could cost city $3.5M by PercyDovetonsils
They've never turned a profit in net sales but in tax revenue it brings in a lot of money. And again, VCU uses the stadium too. And the Diamond might have been great for a few years back when it was built but it's been a dump for 30 years. I moved up here from Hampton Roads in the early 90's. Norfolk tore down Met Park because it was suc a shit hole and built Harbor Park. I remember my first trip to the Diamond thinking that even divey-ass Met Park, that was torn down, was much nicer than the Diamond. That was 30 years ago. Meanwhile Harbor Park in Norfolk is packed every night with a Triple-A team, thirty years later.

Went to McLean's for the first time recently for breakfast, no idea why it took us so long since it's a short walk away. It's basically a non-chain waffle house complete with coffee mugs that advertise land surveyors and personal injury lawyers, but honestly that's exactly what you want sometimes. Cheap, quick, and good. Surprised at how big it actually is once you're inside. Still haven't been to Moore St which is also a short walk away, someone convince me we still need to give it a shot.
Also went to El Pope again recently. The tortas and pupusas remain excellent, but I have a bad feeling that the place is maybe circling the drain since their beer taps haven't been functional for weeks, they only had a couple of incredibly bright lights on with a bunch of others off with no bulbs, the liquor bottles behind the bar all looked mostly empty... just had a "selling off what we have left" vibe, plus there was no music playing which is an odd thing in a mostly quiet restaurant. I hope I'm wrong and they are able to remain afloat.
Jardin: have gone here a couple of times recently, it's still surreal being in the old Baja space and not smelling vomit/spilled stale beer. They had a real jamon iberico leg for one of their charcuterie meats which is just about my favorite thing ever, bartender is a good dude after chatting with him for a while, patio is cozy... it's nice, just very much west end couples coming into the city for a date night vibes which some people may be put off by.

Walmart sells it in packs of 4, and also in cases of either 10 or 12. I get it all the time!

I've been sleeping on Continental Westhampton. I've been twice in the last two weeks and daydream about when I can go back. The salmon rueben was incredible! I'm also a fan of the breakfast of champions (breakfast nachos.) My kids got the dessert breakfasts (bananas foster waffles and french toast) and they were both so delicious and huge portions! The greek yogurt whipped cream is truly outstanding. On our next visit I'm super eager to try their Baked Alaska!
We also tried Hotpot 757 and I can't see I'll need to rush back. It was fun and the place was hopping, but I never really found anything that knocked my socks off. The sauce bar is intimidating and our server wasn't super helpful when I asked for sauce pairing recommendations. We ended up at Kuba Kuba Dos afterwards for their tres leches cake and an espresso which totally hit the spot!

Well I’m glad it’s not just me then. At first I thought it was a covid thing, but had the same experience each year since 2020. Then a couple of times I’ve been with larger groups which I know can also be a pain but even the one time I went with 3 other people it was the same type of service.

>I had a special celebration dinner at The Stables (with a gift card), and it was incredible. The food was amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive but not annoying. I keep thinking about when I can go back.
Going tomorrow night for fiance's bday. I love that place, the lamb lollipops are incredible. Consistently great service too. One lifehack is if you want an upscale dinner but don't have a reservation anywhere, their bar usually has spots open even on a Friday/Saturday and is very cozy.

The whole flour vs corn thing is so dumb. Northern Mexico into Texas has flour south of that has corn. Neither is more or less legit than the other.
