Have you told them you will Google smear them yet? Bad reviews on Google/Google Maps and other rental sites can have a big impact on their bottom line.

Before that, I’d ask for details on the HVAC system and get to the why. Seems like waiting until it gets hot will also result in slower service as the HVAC techs will be busy as soon as the temps change.

ISO a cheap small-ish and quiet space (30 people max) to rent to hold weekly (cheap) open figure drawing sessions (~3hrs) on Friday nights.

Not looking to turn a profit on this, all proceeds that wouldn’t go toward renting the space would go toward paying the model/instructor.

Anybody have any ideas/leads? Any sort of vacant multi-purpose space would probably do.

And yet not only does the flying squirrels have the best attendence in their league, they have much better attendance than norfolk in their fancy new stadium. I think many inprovements could be made to inprove the property but a total tear down is a waste of taxpayer money. Richmond has a ton of other problems that would be better served with that money.

Big Chile’s fan location. The tacos were absolutely incredible, they came out HOT AND FRESH AF. The homemade sauces on every table are delicious. The $5 house margarita was the most balanced house margarita I’ve ever had. The staff were attentive and kind. I’m hoping they can end the curse and stay in that location for awhile.

Also don’t sleep on the smoky mug mac and cheese!

“The store had been open since 1974, and was one of Virginia ABC’s top 10 performing stores last fiscal year.”

Anyone else find that surprising? I know location isn’t huge thing but there are so many bigger ones in what i feel like are more trafficked areas. Maybe the people in walking distance keep it moving
