Oh yes I forgot that Primrose isn’t technically Montessori, although I feel their style is very similar!

Reply to Lease ends soon, looking to move back into the fan again, what are currently some of the best leasing companies to look into? by [deleted]
The good property management are the ones little talked about here. There's a selection bias - cranky people are more likely to say something.
There are a couple of places, Pollard & Bagby and Twohy, which will get everyone to agree they are bad. Those are also the most likely to take low credit of course.
Best time to move for deals is November, December, early January.
Craigslist - full of scams, some old school people. Apartments.com and zillow are good sites. They syndicate to a lot of other sites which are basically just different fronts for the same websites.
There are a lot of real steals and deals left in the Fan, I personally know a huge number. They never hit the market on turnover, no surprise, and are passed around friend groups. Put the word out and talk to your friends

That’s wild. My husband and I go to bow tie 2-3 times/month between March and September and have somehow managed to avoid them, but it sounds like we may be living on borrowed time

Right now he’s on a morning nap, about 9-10:30 and an afternoon nap from about 2:30-4. He’s always been an early riser so I just feel like 1:00 is late for my kid, but maybe it’s not so bad for others

This has been asked a lot lately, do a search. VMFA was a popular rec recently, but calls and a monitor might put you at Gather or common house

omigod is it. Really Horrible in Richmond. They lie about things being delivered all the time.
I had an expensive part sent to me. 1k+. Fedex sent me an email saying it was delivered. It wasn't. I freaked out, thinking I was going to be in hell of everybody passing the buck, and called the manufacturer.
They said, oh, not a problem, we haven't shipped it yet. Fedex marked it delivered before it was shipped.
I literally bought a ring doorbell not for crime, but for fedex

Favorite meal in RVA was the grilled cheese and tomato soup at green leafs. Throw in a shot and a miller hi life for $5 and maybe an hour of pool and you can shoot me.

Drunken brewery thoughts: We need an Ikea and we should steal Norfolk's.
Why?
- Norfolk never gets snow.
- You can't even pronounce Norfolk phonetically
- Who movin there over RVA? Nobody

Agreed! I never worked at Max's but I'm an old school tarrants bar vet, and she is just VILE to be around/work with. How a card carrying Karen like her rose so high in an industry that specifically despises people like her will forever remain a mystery to me.

I really hope Disney+ is done with the whole "powerful person loses powers and has to rely on smarts and personal growth to prevail." That's not a well you should keep going back to, just to save on CGI.

If you keep running into issues finding it, you can get the SodaStream StrawberryBubly drops and put a drop of it in a can of the Dr. Pepper & Cream Soda, which is readily available. Note: a drop of their CherryBubly in coffee is freakin' amazing! A little goes a long way...
