Just moved from Richmond to Charlottesville. My unequivocal answer to this is Penny Lane pub at about 10 AM on match day with a full English breakfast and lots of beer with my mates.

I feel like the proper answer to this is not about the food. It’s about hanging out with the folks that you know you’re going to miss.

If you don’t mind the drive or are convenient to Short Pump, ACAC has a warm water pool with family hours of 3-6 hours/day depending on the day of the week. See link below. You can see the schedule for their regular pool as well.if there’s no classes or lessons going on you can use that anytime too. https://acac.com/short-pump/programs-events/aquatics/pool-schedules/

There’s also the Midlothian location that has a dedicated family pool that you can go to anytime during hours as well as a warm water pool with limited adult only hours you can go anytime outside those hours too. https://acac.com/midlothian/hours/

I don’t think that’s true about the Y. I mean they want you to make a reservation but I just looked at the schedule and it’s pretty much all day tomorrow, for example. They don’t seem to have a lot of family swim during the week but I have been there plenty of times when families are in the water

Got 4 wisdom teeth removed Friday so have just been icing up my face and eating lots of soup, yogurt, and puddin cups. I really want something real to eat. Totally gonna be worth it in the end though.

as an adult, it doesn’t bother me having kids under the age of 17 at a theater. i find it weird if this actually increases foot traffic at the theater, never imagined some people hated teens/kids enough to actively avoid the movies or go less often because of them.

edit: damn, y’all must REALLY hate kids. weirdos.
