I was just there today. There are usually only one or two employees in there but they’re helpful and friendly. It seems like they have strange rules… if you’re there in person, they need more documentation than, theoretically, if you were to conduct the same business over the phone (“Theoretically” because it’s impossible to do business with them over the phone). Such documentation would be picture ID, one other ID like SS card or birth certificate, and proof that you are allowed to do utilities business at the property… a lease agreement, proof of ownership, etc.

It’s weird and frustrating. It took me the past 10 months to take over the gas bill at my house.

very common. i never black out, but do grayout / tunnel vision. used to be able to ride I305 over and over, but now 1 trip and i'm good for the day.

I work from home but I do want my almost one year old to socialize with other kids so she can learn to share and things too. Daycare is expensive literally half of some monthly salaries people have sometimes or more, but I get it I guess 🫤
