salsa chicken: one can of salsa and 2 lbs of chicken in a crock pot for 6 hours on low. Shred chicken and serve over rice with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. For extra flavor pan fry the chicken after it comes out of the crock pot to crisp it up a bit.

I've looked into those apps before, it just took forever because of the sheer number. Taking it to a card shop for an estimate is a really good idea.. No telling when I'll be able to do that but I will keep that in mind.

Go for it! If you need better or different pictures let me know. I've never delved into buying games used since I don't play a ton anymore so I don't really know what the pictures would need to show specifically.

I actually have no idea, I got into it recently and I wasn’t around for the original set. Usually I use PriceCharting as a point of reference for this sort of thing. Maybe the best way would be to take it to a card shop and see what they offer, then I can rebut with a better offer? We can also just meet up and price them then and there since there are apps that can scan cards and pull their value.

I'm not being disingenuous when I ask this: what do you think is fair?

I haven't been into it in more than 20 years and I don't have the slightest idea what Pokemon cards go for nowadays so I couldn't begin to determine a price for the lot. Obviously I would want more than I could get by just selling it to a card shop, but I am perfectly willing to make a deal cheaper than what I would get selling them singularly simply because of the size of the lot.
