This is the biggest reason. Numbers are artificially low because the data is only based on PCR testing done in a lab. Since alot of people use rapid home tests now, positives don't get counted. Is this a stupid public health policy? Yes. But our gov probably loves it this way since his fan base includes covid minimizers.

Sounds like you'd keep her if you could. The only trainer I know in RVA that deals with high drive dogs like that is Brenda at MuttluckRVA. I would reach out to her and see if she has suggestions for working with your dog.

Is it odd? The last two winters cases skyrocketed why should we expect differently?

Unfortunately you can't medicate or train a high prey drive out of an animal. If you re-home her you'll just be passing that liability off to someone else.

Fox News Richmond and NBC 12 have mostly the same staff. Not sure why it’s set up this way, Im guessing Richmond just isn’t a big enough city to support 3 separate stations: NBC, ABC, and Fox. I’m guessing Fox outsources to NBC for broadcasting.
