It was a reasonable warning to him. He was being a danger on the road and it snapped him back to attention, thus resulting in him being alert to what he was actually doing. I didn't do it as a message of "I think you're a bad driver." No, it was to get his attention, which was enough for him to realize that he wasn't aware of what was happening around him.

FYI: Honking to Express Anger Contrary to popular belief, a vehicle’s horn is not an instrument for letting other people know they’re bad drivers! It’s never a good idea to use your horn to tell drivers to get out of your way or that you don’t like a driving move they just made. Road rage-related accidents often begin with unnecessary horn honking, and safety should always be your number one priority on the road

I’m from Charlottesville and it’s always been a thing to drive to short pump, especially as a tween, cool kids got to go there with their friends as if it’s a special occasion. I think if they added a couple more stores that appealed to wider demographics they’ll continue to thrive

I recall when short pump and stony point opened their doors, and it may have been within the same year(?). Stony Point was clearly for the one percenters (haha) and Short Pump was a convergence of Regency and Chesterfield into one big super-mall that felt so much cooler and polished at the time. The Macys shoe department was my personal mecca for years. Also Short Pump always decks the freaking halls during Christmas and I love it.

Ahh the memories, I literally moved into my old apartment that day and was chilling on my couch when I heard all these police cars go by after what sounded to me like a heavy loaded truck go by. Swear the guy passed my place lol. That was my “welcome to Richmond” haha

I had a neighbor who always joked around with his roommate well I never knew him, he stayed in mostly, he actually left the house, and was sneaking up on the roommate who was a female, I saw this with my son and had my phone on 911, but thankfully she called out that it was alright, because I do not take it lightly as someone who has been abused, I always got my eyes on my surroundings and if someone calls out for help I call 911 first, always have someone on the phone with you, because of this exact situation where someone will take advantage of you.
