I've heard good things about El Caribe. I haven't been there myself, and I'm pretty sure they're from DR, not PR, but the cuisines are pretty close.

Advisage RVA has been great for me. They integrate all my accounts so they just call me every couple months to confirm some charges and just handle the rest. Been very pleased.
