It’s not fancy at all but you’re not served from a counter, I guess. Also, pierce’s is more pork focused where two drummers is more brisket.

My wife had her wrist, that she broke Saturday night, surgically repaired today. She has screws and plates and stuff in it and it’s swollen, but she got a nerve block so she’s feeling no pain right now. It’s phenomenal to me that surgeons can actually do this. It’s also phenomenal that all of the staff were unfailingly nice to her. I could never be that nice all day.

Sal’s by Victor does solid good Italian American food at reasonable prices, just be sure to go to Sal’s by Victor and not Sal’s, I don’t know why but it’s so much worse there.

Nate Bargatze is funny but not 100 dollars funny. I saw Maria Bamford a couple months ago, I think it was 25 dollars, and she's one of the greats.
