Man, when will Richmond get a ramen restaurant?
Edit. If you downvoted this you know not what ramen can be.

The point is that these organizations have been exploiting very vulnerable people for years and making a HUGE profit while doing it. These are just bad people, I’m beyond happy they’re being exposed. Hopefully one of the installments will focus on the fact that Ms. Fulcher’s baby daddy (and half owner of true recovery), Coleman Mundie, has been getting women bonded to their organization and violating PREA by sleeping with them (Ms. Fultcher was one of them). It’s borderline sex trafficking to funnel women into your organization and assault them knowing if they speak out you have the power to take their freedom. These people need to be in prison period.

I work at foo. Been here 5 years
I just want to get ahead of rumors and say the official announcement is coming today
Please don’t say that the staff is staying with the new owner. I don’t know where that info came from. It’s been an incredibly difficult week for some of us and the last thing I or my coworkers need to see is people talking about us with incorrect info
Edit: the new owner said on fb the staff and menu is the same
No one has officially asked us if we want to stay but I guess they can serve the food if they want.

I like patient first. They offer PCP services as well, which means a lot of times your visit is billed as PCP vs emergent care.

It's very hard to even find a doctor who's taking new patients, and then there is usually a 3-5 month wait.

Honestly it reads like it's trying too hard to be "gotcha journalism". The author seems to be trying to expose something but there isn't any real consistent thesis and the writing is difficult to follow throughout. What is the point of all of the pictures of text messages etc without context? The "sources" seem to be people who have an axe to grind with the subjects of the story and that is the only sources that seem to be in the story. There is a lot of "just asking questions" style of writing in this too which seems to encourage the reader to assume certain things without providing any evidence or analysis that would actually suggest ill intent or even poor judgment. I would encourage the author to focus on a theme or argument and then spe d time demonstrating it throughout the piece instead of throwing shit at a wall and see what sticks. This is very difficult to read, and I feel like I have less information about the programs and individuals than I did before I read it.

Try Dr Manetas he is a fantastic internist and his group managed to get my gf in quickly when her gastroperisis acted up with a really bad flare. They also accept medicare/medicaid. 804.559.6194. Ask for him specifically. He takes care of my entire family.

I’ve had great luck with BetterMed over the years. BetterMed is staffed by mostly emergency room personnel from around the area and they are great at diagnosing and addressing issues. Specifically, about 4 years ago I had terrible abdominal pain and saw Dr Juan at the Willow Lawn location. He did X-rays and bloodwork at BetterMed and ordered a CT scan that same evening at St Mary’s to confirm that I had diverticulosis and he got the Willow Lawn CVS pharmacy to stay open 10 mins after closing time so that I could get started on antibiotics ASAP. Last summer, another Dr correctly diagnosed my daughter’s yeast allergy (pediatrician and dermatologist thought her hives was just a rash) by asking a lot of great questions about her diet and reactions to food. An allergist confirmed her yeast allergy, which she now carries an epi pen for! Probably TMI but wanted to share my experience in case it’s helpful!!

Maybe a different, new, PCP? They don’t sound too accommodating.
