I have river front property in the area and have to drive that bridge regularly. I have fear of heights. When we take the truck with the trailer I have to go the long way via Tappahannock as I just cannot handle the RON bridge. It is terrifying.

Like $10/month for water, $80/month electricity, and $10/sewer. I have an electric stove as well. But I've recently transferred my utilities over to my neighbor, who unknowingly pays them every month. It was quite simple really, just a matter of calling up the city and pretending to be said neighbor, and say you've bought the adjacent property.
