Some shithead in a yellow Crown Vic blew through the Hull/Brander light doing at least 45mph a full twenty seconds after it went red. It's just fucking outrageous at this point.

Mine was not a trauma. I really think it's a vestibular issue or something.

I grew up in Varina, so I’m very familiar with that bridge. Part of my driver’s ed course was taking 295 over the bridge to Chester and back. I don’t know the last time I drove over it, but I am not a fan.

One of the most predictable things about Reddit is the willful ignorance of the obvious when it comes to racism and sexism. Every damn time.

There's lots of running here. More 5k races than you can shake a stick at. Also monument 10k and Richmond marathon.

Like $10/month for water, $80/month electricity, and $10/sewer. I have an electric stove as well. But I've recently transferred my utilities over to my neighbor, who unknowingly pays them every month. It was quite simple really, just a matter of calling up the city and pretending to be said neighbor, and say you've bought the adjacent property.

I was driving by Traders Joes in Midlothian and people were just driving through red lights and honking like crazy at each other. I don't know what was going on. I had a green light and had to dodge two people.

Can can for New Years!! Make a reservation if you still can. It’s not outside, no fireworks, but it’s super fun and everyone toasts together!

My former neighbor used to own Antbear. Really stellar guy. I miss him a lot (don’t worry, he’s alive and well—just moved states).

You think that's bad? You should try the Robert O Norris bridge in Whitestone.

I have river front property in the area and have to drive that bridge regularly. I have fear of heights. When we take the truck with the trailer I have to go the long way via Tappahannock as I just cannot handle the RON bridge. It is terrifying.
