Just drove by, and the line went to the end of the street. About 60 people or so.

My opinion only: learn to decorate your house or apartment for the season. It's not that hard or expensive - use the internet. Pick 2 to 3 cocktails, learn to make them well and call them something seasonal. Have your own little happy hour party. It will cost more than you and your partner and friends standing in line for 2 hours plus a cocktail but I guarantee you will be doing something that your friends will find much more fun.

Haven't been this year, have been in previous years. It's cool but not worth standing in that line for, you still have to pay for your drinks at the end of the night. I love The Jasper 11 months out of the year.

Richmond Road Runners Club and Sportsbackers is a great resource for races specifically. If you’re looking for group runs, City Stadium Runners, One for the Road RVA and RVA Monthly Trail Run on Facebook are good places to start. There’s more groups depending on where you live, feel free to DM.

This happened to me when I first moved here at boulevard and broad. The walk sign on the crosswalk was broken and I went across anyways and got into a verbal altercation with a couple who almost hit me in the crosswalk. They ended up chasing me through the Exxon parking lot and tried to hit me a second time, then got out and tried to fight me. I’m literally scared to cross there now!!

Ah, word, thanks. We were actually on our way to watch the final there. I went yesterday to pick up a bunch for today to watch the game with some friends. Then one of them and their baby had some virus so we couldn't hang. But the Empanada Market guy had said a bunch of Argentinians were coming to watch if there so we went instead of just sitting at home. It was cool.

Oh it is for sure getting worse. This week alone my plan to count to 2 before proceeding across boulevard probably saved at least an accident if not worse twice. My light was green and people were still flying through sort of thing. I'm just saying I'm not sure there should be 34 spots separating us.

It depends on your insulation, energy efficiency and usage. My 922 sqft condo ranges from $45-120/month for electric depending on the season. In my old 1000 sqft apartment, it was regularly $140-200ish. My water/sewer/trash are included in my HOA fees (and those are obscene for what the HOA provides), so I'm not exactly sure on that front.
