Feel ya buddy, I really dont know what really helps at this point. Everything has down sides etc so theres no perfect solution. Only thing I have noticed is that over the years it gets somewhat better cuz u just get used to it. Having caring friends or relatives help for sure. Stay strong buddy, you are not alone, we are unfortunately many.

The Mountain of Madness? Probably should stay away from there!

Terpenes and other cannibinoids are terpenoids, and most do not have nitrogen in their bonds (main part of being an alkaloid)

It seems suspiciously like one explanation to RULE THEM ALL to me, a common theme for the human mind, but not so much a good way to do science.

If you search for your own bias you usually confirm own bias. Soo you're going to only find articles that support your view with a search string like that.

It seems like allergic reactions are far too varied to explain with one grand theory like this. It's more likely a list of causes ranked in order of occurrence or such, not just one main cause.
So SURE maybe there is some correlation with use of food in other products, but to assume that's the one big cause that causes all food allergies would be a massive leap of faith more than anything science would support.

Why are they comparing plants grown in different medias? This is bad science.
“The outdoor samples were grown in raised beds using a proprietary mixture of all-natural soil and composts under full sunlight. The indoor samples were grown under artificial light in a proprietary growth medium.”

I don’t think this is a surprise to anyone, if a grower wanted these specific alkaloids rather than THC/CBD they would adjust conditions to suit.
