I've tried a bunch. I like sunflower seeds I find hemp hearts perfumey tasting. I have a strong sense of taste though

Perhaps. I did a simple search for systemic lupus and covid immunity. I found data that suggested people with active lupus have superior immunity and less progression than people who are not currently flaring. I am not a doctor. I have sle however, and I found covid was an extremely minor cold for me that lasted a few days. In another study it showed lupus patients have poor results with vaccines and immunity. It is very interesting that they're finding association with elevated Anti double stranded DNA and increased immunity. Thank you for your comments. It is interesting.

Another reason to eat sunflower seeds in moderation is their cadmium content. This heavy metal can harm your kidneys if you’re exposed to high amounts over a long period. Sunflowers tend to take up cadmium from the soil and deposit it in their seeds, so they contain somewhat higher amounts than most other foods.

Really? What do you not like about their taste? Have you tried them just once or different brands? I have found some taste really stale and bad, like the ones you get in the shaker bottles from walmart, I used to just tolerate those on salads but buying it in bag form, over 2lbs, from reputable brands I have found they are really really good, like I can sit down with a serving or two and just munch on them. They kinda just taste like sunflower kernels but a little more delicate, and much less salty.

I don't think alcohol would technically be an antibiotic since it doesn't treat infections caused by bacteria, no more than it would be classified as an antiviral or antifungal. An antiseptic however, sure.

The article doesn't say, and the actual research is locked away, but they sure put a lot of trust in not conflating stereotypical whiteness with attractiveness. If a white person is non-stereotypically white, that implies they're "different"

That's probably most likely. And if you were a dog you'd know it. Dogs are instinctively afraid of wolves.

If I was a wolf I would definitely wear sheep’s clothing. So soft and warm. Mmmmm.

We were wolves once. Wild and wary, stealth and cunning. Then we noticed you had sofas.

If you were a wolf, you might just see the dog as more food.

The Lengths the Public Relations Firms went to gaslight reality.
Most people don't know this even happened, because they went to such lengths to bury it and to control the Narrative.
Same PR firms work for Big Sugar and Big Tobacco. They have armies of bots and media men on their payroll.
One thing they know is how to shift reality and stop fires before they spread.

We don’t fully know. But some research has gone into looking at serotonin boosting Neuro plasticity with conventional anti depressants triggering the 5HT1A. Unfortunately checking mechanisms deep in the brain are very difficult to do but if your interested in that side I would consider reading some articles on the Neuro plasticity hypothesis of depression
