Whole fruits have synergistic effect with all the nutrients they offer. Is this a sarcastic question?

So vitamin C might be a viable and safe alternative to rampamycin for cleaning out your cells, nice.

And non-pharmacological Vitamin C? Should I just stop eating fruit and veg and just take supplements instead?

Personally I’d recommend the ‘unwinding anxiety’ app— the intro videos are super helpful and explain the concepts well

I feel like anyone with anxiety could have told you this without the study.

Somehow despite your error with saying "finds a way", it actually came across as even more accurate.

Abstract: >Pharmacological vitamin C (VC) is a potential natural compound for cancer treatment. However, the mechanism underlying its antitumor effects remains unclear. In this study, we found that pharmacological VC significantly inhibits the mTOR (including mTORC1 and mTORC2) pathway activation and promotes GSK3-FBXW7-mediated Rictor ubiquitination and degradation by increasing the cellular ROS. Moreover, we identified that HMOX1 is a checkpoint for pharmacological-VC-mediated mTOR inactivation, and the deletion of FBXW7 or HMOX1 suppresses the regulation of pharmacological VC on mTOR activation, cell size, cell viability, and autophagy. More importantly, it was observed that the inhibition of mTOR by pharmacological VC supplementation in vivo produces positive therapeutic responses in tumor growth, while HMOX1 deficiency rescues the inhibitory effect of pharmacological VC on tumor growth. These results demonstrate that VC influences cellular activities and tumor growth by inhibiting the mTOR pathway through Rictor and HMOX1, which may have therapeutic potential for cancer treatment.

How is that money "lost"? It translates into one hell of a lot of jobs, which translate into money spent in all the surrounding businesses, all benefitting local taxpayers, which, of course, translates into more tax revenue. Comparably little (not none obvs, we live in a capitalism) of that goes to actual billionaires, at least compared to loads of other ways we could spend those billions.
Money only works if it moves.

Mindfulness is basically paying attention to what is. Insider, outside, physically, emotionally. Noticing and accepting without judgement.

This sounds more like fantasy revisionist science we’ve been getting for decades. Trees job is to convert carbon dioxide with their leaves and turn it into oxygen. Why should they instead hoard poisonous carbon dioxide?? Don’t forget the part trees are being prevented from converting carbon dioxide into oxygen because 90% or rain forests have been chopped down. So the remaining 10% will be hoarding carbon dioxide instead of turning it into oxygen. Um ok yeah makes a lot of sense.

One thing to consider about fire security is that steel gradually loses it’s structural integrity as it gets hotter. Wood doesn’t until it literally burns away.

It is the capacity to detach from the problems of "society". You can't change society as you struggle to even change yourself.
You deal with problems that you have, not that others you dont even know have. That is healthy.
