Reply to Researchers have found the genetic links between headaches, migraines and blood sugar levels, which ultimately could lead to targeted treatments for patients by giuliomagnifico
When I cut soda/caffeine/coffee from my diet, I stopped having constant migraines. Now I mostly drink water during the day. No longer have hangovers as well.

Interesting, I looked up treatments and why they worked just now and found out the goal of them for cankersores is to debride the ulcer , which makes sense.

Wow! Similar to my wife. She’s got two setons now and potentially having another surgery to address her abscess that keeps coming back. She’s on infliximab (inflectra, I think remicade is the same? so many names for one medicine!). She’s almost at the two year mark, and has gotten a lot better- just those pesky abscesses are the main issue!

Many treatments for canker sores (aphthous ulcers) cause a superficial zone of necrosis. If you think peroxide is harsh, check out debacterol. These treatments typically decrease the duration of discomfort and reduce the time required for the mucosa to heal.
