InstructGPT is GPT-3 fine tuned to follow instructions, and is now the flagship GPT3, and the newest davinci model is instructGPT. ChatGPT is based on instructGPT and further fine tuned for dialog.

I think they mean if someone makes a claim that it responds only in one way its easier to prove it doesn't respond in that way, its just the way the person is framing it, with a screenshot.

For a lot of people asking stupid questions a chatgpt response is more than sufficient and usually more polite.

I’m pretty sure duckduckgo uses bing for search results. But the way this article describes it, the gpt features will be a layer on top of search, so i guess duckduckgo won’t benefit. oh well.

They’re saying each print costs up at 5 cents, so that’s only 20 prompts for $1, kinda spendy.

That's why I said it's too expensive for a subscription with 20 dollars a month. We're in the AI wars between companies right now. We will be seeing a lot of alternatives in 2023 to chatGPT,the price model they chose is kind of ridiculous considering Bing will have GPT4. Idk this is very weird.

It depends on how complex the program is. I think it will be much harder to have an AI that can code a program such as a browser entirely by itself versus a fully driverless car AI.

We can respond with AI enhanced ad blockers.
