Okay so what would happen if we actually found another habitable planet? Like, its literally earth 2.0 with water and everything humans need to survive. How would we decide who colonizes the new planet first if at all? In this scenario, let's assume life isn't already there because I believe we wouldn't go to this planet if life is verified to be there.
