A UFO does not mean aliens. In this case, an unidentified flying object seen above the Korean peninsula most likely resulted in a scare precisely because of NK.

Well the second poster did just ask questions, smart people are just better than dumb people at assuming they know where the questions going ironically 😅

An engine is a specific type of motor but not all motors are engines. Engines are thermal devices -- they convert heat energy into motion. You could build a steam engine that doesn't require air but it would still be an engine because it uses the heat expansion of water to create a motive force.

Well, the end state is really an 8-meter telescope. So, that's something.
Also, doing the project incrementally sounds like they are trying to build expertise.
Last thought is that Asia has eight hours of night that no one else in the world gets. That doesn't sound like redundancy. That sounds like a wasted opportunity.
Mostly, good on them.

I think you would die from the massive gravity pulling you to the center, probably flattened like a meat pancake

You posted links with no commentary because the links don't really prove much, I assume.

You know, you're not being very nice. I'm already pretty dumb, and now I feel threatened to boot. You could turn me into a terrorist. ^((/s reddit mod, you warned me for some bullshit the other day. cool your jets.)) I think you should educate yourself to better interact with imbeciles like me. Just think about it. You'd be lowering the military budget too.

I didn't argue that. Think you missed my point. Geeze it must be so awesome to be as smart as you. How do you do it?

Yeah sure, all made up. The military budget is not well documented enough for you to make those claims. Just makes you anti-education, odd in a space sub..

Seems to me you couldn't think either since any conscious thought would require a round trip in your brain, and the party of the trip going away from the singularity wouldn't make it.

lol ok, say goodbye to NASA, that's just gone entirely...
We won't be able to afford any R&D, so we'll be stuck with the current level of technology for the rest of ever, provided we can even maintain what we have.
No new military vehicles of any kind can be made.
In fact, nothing at all will be done, because the entire defense budget will be spent on operations and maintenance, and personnel/retirement.

Who would be thinking that’s a UFO? If anything an assumption of NK doing some shit would be much more likely.
