I think the last time I saw the northern lights in NNY was back in 2000 or 2001. It would be nice to see them again.

Every. Single. Time. Without fail!

My guess is a jointly designed UAE Moon Rover between China and the UAE leaving out US Components. I think a lot of countries are getting tired of being subject long arm jurisdiction of the US. UAE can't even develop its own space program without approval of the US. That's disappointing...

I'd say end it, it doesn't sound like you are very compatible. I don't know why you are so pessimistic that you will never find anyone else.

Maybe. But this one is 9 times more distant than the distance between Sun & Pluto, is what caught my eye.

Its behind a paywall. The Emerates lunar lander was launched a few months ago by SpaceX, so its hard to evaluate, but this may be a new mission that is still in early planning to use components from the current mission.

Distance from sun doesn't mean much really..
Any planet with a thick atmosphere / high gravity will generally be hotter just from internal activity and age.

It sounds like you live in a place that’s cloudy a lot.
I do too, but several hours drive to the other side of the mountains and its clear with dark skies. I was lucky to be on a road trip on that side during neowise and got some nice photos.

The US would've lined up Oz and NZ for invasion next, but there literally isn't a single thing of value in that part of the world.
