As I said on the first post before being deleted:
Damn. That's a once in a lifetime photo opportunity right there.
Composition is beautiful as well, almost like a 2001 movie poster or something of the ilk.

They don't, it's largely autonomous.

Your red telescope pairs well with your yellow 'VSVN' box.

I’m glad you count other people looking through it as an accomplishment. I and many other people would surely count it as a privilege to look through your telescope!

What an absolutely incredible shot! Seeing an eclipse from an airplane would be an amazing experience.
Edit: Here's the photographer's website

Sorry I am a noob in space exploration, but if this is on Mars, isn't that drone operated with several minutes delay? How do the operators adjust to this?

Dressing up so only your head is visible and getting surrounded by cameras? I mean that's not hard to accomplish right? I'd say go for it!

When I retire I want to get the biggest obsession telescope, and move to a place with really dark skies.

This is an SOS distress call from the mining ship Red Dwarf. The crew are dead, killed by a radiation leak. The only survivors were Dave Lister, who was in suspended animation during the disaster, and his pregnant cat, who was safely sealed in the hold. Revived three million years later, Lister’s only companions are: a lifeform who evolved from his cat, and Arnold Rimmer, a hologram simulation of one of the dead crew. I am Holly, the ships computer with an IQ of 6,000 - the same IQ as 6,000 P.E. teachers.

As opposed to the transit of the Earth across the sun, which occurs every 90 minutes.

Mars looks so…. Earth like, it’s weird, kind of eerie, like I don’t know why but I never imagined mars having such an almost blue sky, always though it would be red or orange, well I mean it looks kind of orange but still
