Either or. We don’t have anything set in stone yet… so we are open to whatever. Looking for 30 minutes within the SGF area.

Ok. You can try Marshfield buildings out of Marshfield. You will need plans and they won't do a lot in Greene county due to all the permitting but they are a good group of guys who will treat you right and will do it right. Might be worth a shot.
