I feel like it’s okay since they have to sign up…but I would certainly tip well!

There was a similar thread earlier and I'm poking fun at the answers from that one.
Edit: And a couple of the comments here, looks like.
Stay safe!

I'd be careful anyway. The other drivers have been unusually aggressive. Cutting people off on ice? What if I couldn't stop??? People act like theyll never get anywhere if they are peeling out on the ice or something

It’s not about being able to drive. It’s the fact our major roads look like the Oregon Trail pathway while highway and major county roads are cleaned and clear.

Did you lose heat for a bit? Just curious how they froze in the crawlspace. Typically they would stay warm enough to keep from freezing.

The important question that needs answering.

Several of the major roads in town are often mistaken as being the responsibility of the city. Kansas Exp & Glenstone for example are handled by MoDOT because they are maintained by the state. If I remember correctly Sunshine is as well.

No no, you don't understand. You just need to git gud, because salt doesn't work when it's too cold. I know you didn't mention salt, but salt does not work when it's too cold. Apparently snowplows also turn to jelly when it's this cold I guess, I don't know.
But definitely remember to git gud because the city doesn't need to plow, you just need to drive better on snow. In fact, snow doesn't exist. You're hallucinating, it never snowed. It's fine.
To sum up, SALT DOES NOT WORK WHEN IT'S TOO COLD. Also git gud, and there's no snow. See your doctor. And get some salt for fuck sake. Good luck. Cool.

One of our old service guys at our commercial plumbing place started his own company, Sothern Plumbing. I used him before and it was just a cheap cash in hand deal.
Edit: if you're under a budget gun, PEX and crimp fittings are very cheap and easy to work with repairing a small section.

One of my good friends is a foreman for Farr Better Plumbing and I'd recommend them as well.

it’s not that i don’t know how to drive i just am saying it’s pretty ridiculous for a snowplow to drive through my neighborhood without the thing down, you’re already driving over here, just do a pass my man

I've used All Klear, they're honest but as for price for frozen pipes I don't know.

Anytime it gets cold like this and you have snow on the ground, try and put all the snow you can around the foundation crawlspace. It will help insulate. When it got to -14 I spent prob an hour prob putting a foot thick layer all around. No guarantee but it could prob make a couple degree difference which could mean frozen/not frozen.

Gonna have to wait I think. If they're frozen, you won't be able to tell yet and not all frozen pipes burst.

United Plumbing has become our go to years ago. Used several of the more well known plumbing companies before that. United blows them out of the water.

There are three plows in the area…., MODOT, Greene County Highway Department and SGF Public Works. Each have their respective areas of coverage.
First I am thankful of our public works drivers and their work. However their leadership at public works is failing the city drivers.
Whomever is running the program with the city needs to take a lesson from MODot.
Also I understand side streets are not a priority but our major streets could be in far better shape.

My stance is that they have to sign in to work, so if they didn't want to, or didn't NEED the money, they wouldn't be doing it...and like you said, so long as you tip well...I don't see any issue at all
