$100 for the full course, but that includes seminars on correct running technique to avoid injury and a discount at the store and for their running events. I get my shoes there and want to learn correct gait so it’s worth it for me at this time. At this point the question is if I want to start in January or wait for the summer course when it’s warmer.

The Saturday runs are at different locations so I’m hopeful it’s a good group event to meet people and see more of the city/learn some new park trails as well.

Hi y’all! I actually used to work at Fleet Feet and I’d like to say go ahead and give the group a try! Everybody in the running community and at Fleet Feet is super nice and will help you if you run into any difficulty! I did the couch to 5k group when I was first hired and I have never been a runner but I’m very happy I did it!

When I had mediacom I had constant issues at home. I lived in KC and was spoilt by google fiber. I’ll admit brightspeed isn’t that good, but it’s still way better than mediacom or standard internet. Especially if you work from home.
