I'm sorry for your situation and can sympathize. That's a different situation than OP. I'm not judging anyone who is homeless by real circumstances like yours. OP has admitted in previous posts that they chose to be homeless because of the freedom it provides and didn't like living in an apartment because of noisy neighbors. OP also says it's a lifestyle choice. OP has a a job and admittedly can take care of themselves, but has freely chosen not to and uses churches for shelter and this post this looking for public grills etc. If someone can support themselves, but choses to rely on others for help... I think it's an insult to those, like you, that have real struggles. It's also an insult to those who are trying to help.

Even at the highest attorney fee level in this area, should be around 450k to the client, then if a tort claim is made to the State of MO and is paid then up to about 675k in total to the client. That is also assuming there is no other insurance coverage or liability for the company. It pales in comparison to losing the love of your life, but usually that’s what you are able to get out of the civil case.

You are usually confined to the insurance limits and the minimum policy in MO for semis is 750k, so they may already know the limit. There are additional claims that can be made (tort claim to the State), but it will be unlikely to get more unless there’s additional coverage which is found (happens pretty commonly) or if you get his employee file and find something bad for the company such as he was working too many hours, had a bad driving record, etc. They can always amend the complaint in federal court if more coverage is found or another claim can be made.

A few years back, I was heading north on Campbell, and was going to turn left at the intersection of Sunshine. I was in the turn lane that would put me on the outer/north lane of Sunshine. The car in the other turn lane decides, as the light changes, "ya know what, never mind" and just continues north, sideswiping my car. Riding shotgun was a family member who had been in a catastrophic crash about a year prior, and their condition was still precarious. A sudden shock like that could have severely aggravated their healing injuries, so I was livid. I was able to get a license plate while they called 911. I pulled over, an officer met us and took statements, and one of their friends took them to the hospital. I was later informed that the driver was uninsured, and driving on a suspended license. Thankfully, my family member was not seriously hurt, and the damage to my car was minimal. Take the L, pull into one of the parking lots down the road, and turn around. Stop putting people at risk.

I don't really get into the photocard collecting and stuff but I enjoy ateez, BTS, stray Kidz, and TXT with occasional listens to Twice, Loona, EXO, or anything really catchy

I used to be into voting / twitter crowd but I fell out, still enjoy the groups a lot tho :]
