Bruh. This and the "springfield is the poorest city in missouri" are such bullshit studies. The reason for both is that we have a vast amount of students in springfield. Much higher than other places. Nearly 25% of springfields population is going to college right now.

Of course this is going to drag down the average income by a ton if a quarter of the population can only work half as many hours as everyone else, and college students are either living alone or with a roommate, not living living with a significant other.

Soon we are going to get studies like "springfield has the most mental illness in missouri" "springfield is the most physically active city" and "springfield has the most people living in flats with shared bathrooms"

Swin has THCA flowers. It's the most barely, technically federally legal of the farm bill exception products. It's literally type 1 cannabis carefully grown, tested, and harvested so that it never tests above the legal limit of D9THC. But, of course, when you smoke or vape D9THCA, it instantly decarbs into D9THC. If you don't want to wait for proper rec to start next month, find some THCA flower or try some alt cannabis products. It's not uncommon for people to prefer D8 or HHC to classic D9.

Springfield hit its biggest population boom in about the mid 20th century, which is evident by the old architecture beginning at about Grand and moving northward. Beyond Chestnut is a lot of neglect and decay. Further southward has more recent developments, but nobody seems too keen on doing anything about slumlords and affronts to human spirit on the north side.

The gradient is surreal. Just drive north along National, beginning at James River.

I just thought of this one. The George Revelle murder in Fremont Hills. Old George was actually exonerated but ya know. He was the mayor of Fremont Hills and president or some big muckity muck at a bank (can't remember exactly). I don't even know if the house is still there but it was a pretty notorious murder for Springfield.

You may get lucky to find a studio/apartment that cheap but it’s very unlikely that is the “all included” price for it. Also, once you find one good luck getting into it, and if you’re a young person with little to no rental/credit history it’s close to impossible

I did some (brief) looking and found a few studios for a little over $600 but they only included trash and Wi-Fi, no other utilities. So in reality you’re gonna be paying a lot more than $600 a month for a studio.

Generally the same deal with apartments, the ones I’ve seen that do include utilities start around $950/month which really isn’t that bad tbh, but it’s extremely hard getting into one

Feely house is on Nottingham..I almost bought it until I saw who owned it. Kids toys everywhere and u could tell someone lived there when I went..but..the bedrooms where they were killed were painted. I had a creepy feeling in there before I even knew what house I was in.
