I think it is delicious, the blondie at least, but would love to try something even better. Where do you go that has better coffee when you're out and about? I hope it's not Classic rock because unless you get there in the early morning the only flavor they've had when I go is decaf and "house blend" which tastes like they dumped all the now stale shit left over from the morning into one pot.

This is something that Patrick did without consulting the family first, which was in itself a mistake. Given that, it was 100% his responsibility to reach out to the family.

Patrick Sr. (OG owner) would have never done something like this. I know the move to the south side and merge with another business was to set him up to retire but after visiting that location everything seemed so generic and gentrified. No more photos of Patricks family, no photos of Thai legends and royalty, the new location looked more like the inside of a Freddy’s. Kinda sad. This just really puts a bad taste in my mouth

Certainly understandable and that's something we will also keep in mind. Usually, if the harvest is that bad due to drought or the weather we can't control, a notice is sent about the produce updates, changes, etc., so folks are aware.

Some other things that would be helpful is the option to skip weeks eg if gone for vacation or something like that and to order a la carte if people don’t want to commit to an entire season. And an online system such as harvie for customizing boxes skipping weeks changing delivery location etc.

I know me too. Sometimes their produce was good other times I’d be throwing half of it away which is frustrating given the cost and that you rely on items you are getting in your box for meal prep and then it’s no good. This year was worse then last I imagine the drought affected things but still…would rather get less of good quality than a lot of poor quality if that makes sense.
