As a school employee you're a mandatory reporter. People have been criminally prosecuted for failure to report.

You are not wrong. Also an SPS staff and have been for a while. I’m racking my brain trying to think of the right person to contact to keep you from getting yourself in hot water. This is more complicated than most realize.

I can’t imagine why a male teacher/administrator would ever put themselves in a situation like this that could lead to allegations anyway. Most adults I know that work with children are very careful with their boundaries just to avoid any accidental drama they don’t want

His actions are SUPER weird and it’s even worse if there are many girls reporting it- meaning he is making them feel uncomfortable.

get what you mean but there's a huge difference between trans folks doing their biz and leaving their gendered bathroom...and an asst principal going into the bathroom where young girls are with no intention of doing bathroom stuff.

Prove it first. Watch the asst principal and get evidence that he is doing this. It's probably true, but just taking the students' word for it leaves you open to vulnerability.
