That's a fair point and one I didn't consider. It puts an immediate expectation on the following person and is ripe to exploit. Plus as someone with anxiety issues, I can see that as triggering for many.

Wait, we disagreed on reddit and both managed to see the others side..

... does this mean we're best friends now?

Go straight to the school board. If you feel uncomfortable doing it in person, call in an anonymous tip. But, PLEASE, report this immediately.

Former middle school janitor, definitely report it. Use u/bobone77 's help. He has no excuse for being in the girl's bathroom when he has plenty of female staff available to go in for him.

This shouldn’t be a question report him immediately. That’s an act that takes active thought so he knows exactly what he’s doing. The only way I would have posted on here about this would go put his name out there on blast because this is the exact type of thing that get swept under the rug if noise isn’t made. We don’t need another Nixa Junior assistant principal type case here.

I'm guessing you don't own a business w that remark, which is fine. I have a business and a lot of revenue and have no cash, so believe it or not, people you look at and think shit, that guy is rolling in it.... it's not always the case. There's absolutely no excuse for him to not pay this immediately. Unless this is some strategy to get some press, but that would be a foolish approach imo.

Absolutely. Incredibly inappropriate, as a man you're conditioned to know the boundaries, and you do everything in your power to make sure nothing you do even SEEMS suspect.

I'll not assume the worst, at the least he needs to take some boring hours of HR mandated training until it's burned in his skull.
