Easy, highly versatile, long shelf life, balanced nutrition: 90 microwave rice pack + Frozen veggie mix/stir fry mix + Canned chicken/tuna/mackerel/precooked sausage + Premade sauce or seasoning

I've been relying on this heavy lately, I like to rotate veggies and sauces to make different cuisines to keep it interesting, "asianish" "mexicanish" "mediterraneanish" etc

If you buy off brand everything like I do it's pretty cheap too lol

I love T-Mobile, but they do have some noteable dead spots where you are barely out of tower range. If driving, you might be back in service before you even know it. I've noticed 0 signal in some subdivisions north of city limits, around Cherry just east of Glenstone, over by Cox South or Mercy, and around Fremont Hills on CC. My grandfathered plan is just too good a price to drop them in hopes of a slightly more convenient alternative.

I have eaten there since it moved there not long after I graduated. are there a bunch when I was pregnant. They were great at first but it’s always so crowded. the regular staff I see have been in burnout mode for a while. the last time I ate there they gave me a cold cinnamon roll with a string of icing on top - not like them. pretty sure the pandemic has impacted them a bit. I haven’t gone back in months because it’s always at least a 45 min wait (It’s typically me and one other person). I think they should move to a bigger space. food is usually pretty good.

It’s not in Springfield however if you really need inpatient help that will help you I suggest McLean hospital in Belmont mass. The New England system as a whole is superior to missouri. You’re allowed to have your things as long as there’s no strings, no glass, no sharps and no airsiole cans. You can keep your clothes and your things in most New England inpatients some even allow you to have your phones as long as you sign a contract regarding hippa and privacy. This Missouri system for mental health is in the cave men era for real.

Expect to see lots of ad hoc reviews for the underpasses etc. for $750 per light I was disappointed- no facilities, hassled by the cops. Would not recommend. 1 *
