Will Atherton has seriously made me reconsider doing classes since I’ve had some luck with a few of his techniques already. But again the classes are so affordable they’re hard to pass up.

You know, if we had adequate shelter and places for homeless people to be, they might not be near Walmart. Have you considered devoting this energy to advocating for that?

One on one ended up being the only thing that helped much over just the basics for me. And I left him for two weeks last summer for additional training and it was very good. Most of the people that lead the groups either do it or will know someone. I have a Sable German Shepherd.

There honestly isn't much for me to do further north than downtown. I stopped there and saw clear drug deals. Security guard who told me to fuck off. Feces in front of the store. A guy walking around covered in swastika tattoos

Group class, but there are only 4 other dogs in the class so there is plenty of 1 on 1 time. Muh dingo is easily distracted so getting used to the crowd is a big part of her learning

While that’s true, I want to be sure I’m not accidentally reinforcing negative behavior or missing crucial steps. Most of the classes are affordable so, to me, it’s a no-brainer to have that solid foundation for the future.
