Ha! This (I think) was my first concert as well! Didn’t Offspring have sound issues with the speakers for a bit? I also remember some guy drunk off his ass, half passed out with puke all over himself and on the concrete right outside the door. He was leaning against a pillar and I almost walked right through his puke. Lmao!

This was my first show, too. The only bands I can remember were Galactic Cowboy, Fleming and John, and Phunk Junkeez.

Unfortunately, the reality is that there are two sets of conflicting rules we are expected to obey while driving. The first is the written law, and the second is social norms. You can choose whichever you want to obey, that's your choice. There are penalties for breaking both sets of rules, and you have to decide which penalties are acceptable to you. On one hand, you might get a ticket for speeding (unlikely these days, it seems) or you might get somebody tailgating you for driving 15 miles an hour slower than everybody else is driving and intentionally drifting towards you while passing. It would be nice if our laws, supposedly created by the will of the people, reflected how fast we all want to drive, but for whatever reason they don't, and here we are.

I use the one at Eagle Stop on Battlefield. Buying a wash when you fill up will lower gas by $0.20 per gallon. The wash price range is from $5 or $6 up to $10. I get the $8 wash, so it's costing me around $5.50-ish when factoring in the fuel discount. I don't know exactly how this compares to other touchless car washes in town, but I think it's probably a little less expensive than most when considering the discount on gas. FWIW, this station is unfortunately a big hangout spot for motorcycle douchebags.

Other options in town that I've never used are Patriot Auto Wash and Auto Spa.

I live on the west side. Willard district but have a wife who works and a kid who attends SPS. I was surprised they canceled until friend on south side sent pics of their neighborhood. Huge difference. My neighborhood and roads into willard were pretty much clear
