Hmmm, then the student loans wouldn't be the source of a bad credit score. If they're deferred (don't require payment while in school), then there's not a chance to miss payments and aren't used to calculate FICO.

Did you miss student loan payments? Having loans and paying them on time help your credit score. If your credit score is low because you didn't uphold your side of the bargain on repaying loans, it's understandable that apartments take pause at that and wonder if you'll also try to skip out on upholding your lease.

Be warned that apartments with no credit checks will usually request something else to ensure you're good for renting: a higher deposit, a cosigner, higher proof of income, etc.

A little bit of real danger from dilapidation just adds to the experience though.

Edit:

>Now city council will decide if the city can begin the eminent domain process to acquire the building to fix the main street bridge and move forward with the Renew Jordan Creek Project.

>The Main Street Bridge is deteriorating. Large buses, emergency vehicles, and trucks can’t drive over it. City leaders say the bridge can’t be repaired until the building is removed.

Ah, it's more than just the building itself.

I'll go ahead and give you the advice you would get from any of the 3d printing subs. Check out techingtech on YouTube. He has a lot of detailed guides and a website with some excellent calibration tools( https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html). Another thing to keep in mind, if you think your bed is leveled and your bed leveling sensor is calibrated correctly, creality is notorious for having warped beds and your bl touch can only do so much to help with that. If you think that's your issue you can get a glass build plate or 3rd party build plate. Also, go with cura over creality's slicer 100%.
