Bunch of companies have storage and server rooms down there. Coxhealth has their main warehouse down there, other than cavernous ceilings and a literal Underground Railroad it’s kinda ho hum

I was under the impression that the Tuesday orgies were hosted at Vantage Rooftop Bar on the top of the Vandivort Hotel. The logo is an all-seeing eye, after all.
