Then the state can revoke their business license. The state has more power than what you think. You pay taxes to the federal government but the state is the one that licenses your business. Franchises must obtain business license in each state they are opened in for this very reason.

I have my prescription for pain relief due to still pins in my back. But unlike most people on this thread I do not want separate lines. I feel like shit when I walk past people that have already been waiting for 30 minutes. Sounds like I'll start going to hippos instead of green light. An getting rid of the anxiety with marijuana is a really good trick considering the drug causes paranoia in most people. Where did you get your prescription the cannabuss.

I'm having a hard time understanding the passion the Springfield subreddit has for living in apartments. I've never lived in one, and I don't think I've ever known somebody who wasn't a college student who did live in one, so I don't have a lot of experience to draw from. What's the appeal? I get that you don't have to mow, and some people don't like to mow, but that's all I can think of. What am I missing? People are rabid about apartments here. There has to be something amazing that I'm missing.

Asian World Market is the biggest selection. More Chinese but a variety from most any Asian country of note. The Seoul Market just S on Campbell is mostly Korean but does have some other stuff. The Asian Market next to Walmart on Glenstone is mostly Japanese based.

The funny thing is the CIA, NSA, etc ... Quit testing for thc YEARS ago. So the guys responsible for national security and dealing with monsters are cool... But everyone else isn't. I wish all the idiots would be pushed into retirement and then we fix all this broken nonsense.

Secondly... Dude I wondered the same thing. The not knowing part sucks. ESPECIALLY, if you are at this new place and you still don't know yet if you'll get tested for it. Obviously you can "prepare". It's unquestionably fear mongering. Sure let this dude drive drunk and ruin the rest of his life possibly kill some people because he is BLACKED OUT. but the stoned drivers mostly don't have issues driving and they certainly don't black out.

Honestly it's just insane. Just hire good people and they will do whatever they want in their freedom... Oh wait.

>People in Springfield, based on market studies, don't really want condos.

What's the difference between a condo and an apartment? What's the difference between a condo and a house? Why would people choose a house over a condo? Why would people choose an apartment over a condo? The answers to these questions tell us what our housing priorities should be in Springfield.

>What's the difference between a condo and an apartment?

A condo requires a decent credit score, some savings, and a good skilled job, while most people can get an apartment. But, an apartment is a constant financial loss, while a condo is an investment, and builds equity.

>What's the difference between a condo and a house?

Living in a house enables you to work on your own car, do your own projects, have a wood shop, a place to store your canoes and kayaks, grow a garden, and a multitude of other things that condo living doesn't generally afford. Condo living is generally no higher quality of life than living in an apartment.

>Why would people choose an apartment over a condo?

Either they are young and unsure of their future, like a college student, or because they have no other financial choice. There are just very few other reasons. The quality of life is the same, but the financial upsides of condos absolutely crush the financials of living in an apartment. It's insane that an adult would choose an apartment over a condo.

This begs the question: Why would the city of Springfield prioritize apartments? What is the long-term upside for Springfield?

personally I wouldn't want to work somewhere that my value as an employee was exceeded by my use of a legally obtained substance enjoyed on my own fucking time.

MSG is branded as Accent in Walmart. I've had difficulty finding Szechuan peppercorns and resulted to Amazon, but asian world market on battlefield and Campbell might have it in stock, now.

The applicant would need to specifically ask for that condition. P&Z couldn't do it without the owner asking. City Council could, but very unlikely and unpopular intervention.

That being said you're right that condos would kill the project, but that's not because of the lack of infinite rent. Developers build condos all the time, build for $x sell for $x*150%. The demographic that would buy condos at the cost they would be build for, is non-existent in that location. I'd be pressed to find a specific location in Springfield that could support a condo development. People in Springfield, based on market studies, don't really want condos.
