I’ve never really got that vibe from First Watch. It’s one of the nicer brunch places in town, even if it is a chain. Food is usually good and most importantly, it’s consistent. The servers are usually nice folks. I do always go early though, and NEVER on a Sunday 😆

To start with I'm not black. Are you that like clueless and lacking insight that you don't understand why I say this is a uniquely white thing white people do. Maybe you need to reflect on things a bit in the travel and meet new people to get this point or maybe you're just too far gone.

Obviously. I'm not sure how I could've missed it… There's not a definite segregation between the two. In fact, I drank from the same water bottle at breakfast that they serve for lunch. And there were two different bathrooms.

I think buses are the main concern, the main bus terminal is right next to the bridge. I've not met the owner. That being said I've heard from a person familiar with the owner that he's simply asking for way too much money. For reference his other property is just a few hundred yards away near the old houn dawg plant.

Fellow curly girl here. I wanted something totally different for me (something shaggy with bangs) and I just saw Lindsay/Lamb Chops. She’s inside Coco Noir Salon. It was the best hair experience I’ve ever had and I actually left the salon feeling cute as hell! She could definitely fix your bob to be…less Farquaad’y. Lol. If you’re not into that shaggy thing, I will say Kira at Wenzel Salon is wonderful with curls. It’s definitely a science to her and she’ll ask you lots of questions to make sure you get what you want.
