Make sure you get someone to write your copy and edit it. Those run-ons and grammatical errors hurt my head.

My only issue with them is they refused to do further tests and kept trying to shove science diet that was loaded with grain onto my grain-intolerant, disabled cat. I brought her in on an issue of continued diarrhea and they wouldn't run a stool sample, blood work or even entertain the idea of trying enzymes into her diet. I finally swapped cat food and added an enzyme treat to her diet and it drastically improved in just a couple of days. I swapped to grant ave pet hospital and while they dont have the cheapest prices they will do estimates up front to help and theyve been good to my animals since.

I do think it's kind of unfortunate if you're trying to pay for something insurance doesn't cover you don't get any discount. So basically you're worse off with insurance. Not your fault or anything but for Cox as a whole that's terrible.

I paid the highest tier which is $7 It was a great experience as I mentioned before BUT because my car had mud on it, unfortunately the next morning I found out that it’s not as clean as I imagined. Will go again though if I know for sure there is no mud sticking to my car.

insult? You want an insult? You are a simple believer. Nothing that challenges your beliefs will ever sway your views. Now that is an insult.

Yep. They’re not for everyone, and that’s okay. They’ve been great for me. I’ve never had any billing issues whatsoever, but if I did, I’m sure they’d be reasonable even if it took us a while to actually get ahold of them. They’re just a normal family running a small business. It’s not like GFL OR Republic Services would be with all kinds of fancy stuff that costs more. My family has been using them for like 10 years. They’re the most reasonable people on the planet, but they can’t provide a corporation style service. I don’t want that anyway.

Sorry, we are all out here trying to do the best we can. Not everyone is privileged enough to be freelance, but I'm happy that you are. I'm sure as a freelancer you are very careful to only work with companies who extol your values. If there's a way for folks like us to earn an income without being complicit in any unethical activities I would love to know. Please redirect your anger toward the CEOs and politicians rather than the patient schedulers who are trying to make ends meet.
