I live next to Phelps Grove. There are picnic tables and grills near the park entrances, there are picnic tables scattered throughout that are free to use and the massive Pavillion with patio is also to use BUT if you have a large party you can reserve it through the parks website.

Haven't received or seen anything from her owners sadly. I am now currently looking for fosters to take care of her, as I will be leaving Springfield this weekend.

Didn’t intend to comment, but I just want to underscore what you said. The hospital and physician are trying to get the patient to the best level of care and they know what it is. Take that advice.

My nephew was flown once and ambulance twice from Mercy to Children’s in St Louis. There wasn’t a specialist for him.

I'm interested...moving back to Missouri and have been looking on Indeed but it's hit or miss.

From St Louis and have lots of family that work(ed) for Cox. If they are recommending the transfer, do it. The pediatric hospitals up here are some of the best in the nation for good reason. Cox doesnt bs around on their recommendations. I have seen family recommended out of Cox network for various issues and every time has been for a good reason.

Ozark Vet Clinic is where I go. They’ve taken great care of my senior dog and diagnosing her issues to get her the proper treatment. They are always willing to answer any questions and get back to you in a timely manner. I always get to go back with my dog unless she’s just going in for some routine lab work, then I wait in the lobby and it takes <15 minutes. The visits are affordable for us (my dog is on monthly meds which is what really adds up for us).

Their wings are good. I’ve been completely cutting meat from my diet, but their Thai and Thai peanut were amazing(chicken wings have always been my guilty pleasure). If they ever get cauliflower wings I’d enjoy trying more sauces.

I used them once to replace my laptop charging port. This was back when they didn’t even have a sign on the building yet and they had just opened. I can honestly say that I had a great experience. Professional, up front about costs, texted me updates, threw in some stickers for free. Real nice experience, I do recommend them.
