i’ll be honest i’ve been having pretty bad luck with big o tires recently - maybe they’re better with inspections but they really screwed me over when i got new tires (north glenstone location specifically) it took over 4 hours and they forgot to balance the tires so i had to take it back and wait another 2 to get it sorted out.

Is it really not wood all the way up??

I'm familiar with this stick as it's HUGE and there's another big one over behind some water pillars by furniture row. This one I think I recall some cellular or WISP equipment on there at one time but I just assumed it was all one piece.

They do make utility poles up to 100 feet but personally only have ever put in 60ft ones- I climb towers as well so my eyes are always catching stuff like this... I've wondered the same thing!

The Blue House Project involves buying houses around the Fairbanks, gutting and remodeling them, and then getting low income families into them. I know of at least 5 houses so far, the latest one is their biggest project yet.

The Fairbanks has a multitude of community programs, from food distribution to community meals to a cheap bicycle shop to hosting AIM outreach events to running the Springfield Community Garden's market garden. Oh, and a program teaching community members how to handle finances, that also provides cash incentives and material things like new computers for participation and completion of the program.

Oh really? So where are all the crackheads that cannot support themselves and don’t have what it takes to get their crap together and buy their own home - where are they living now that over 1000 homes that could’ve been available to them are now owned by solo first timers and management companies all with criteria those people cannot adhere to?

Just wondering where are they now again? Did they all get into homes of their own when the properties were sold or did they get non renewed and evicted, and have been bounced from literal wooded areas and fields to wooded areas and fields by the sheriff since? Because it seems to me that’s what happened. Listen man I’m all for individuals owning their own property but there are some who can’t and some who don’t want to. There are landlords who provide a service for that. Then there are individuals who cannot be rented to - and whether we like it or not they are equally as much a part of society as we more productive citizens are and deserve housing. It’s a need. People like Gatley absolutely provided a service for that and the proof is in the pudding brother.

I get your sentiment but don’t open your mouth and insert your foot. That’s what just happened there!

Keep your car doors locked and no valuables in sight. A lot of car thefts and things stolen from cars in the area. I live across the street from you. Also get used to people setting off fireworks at random hours of the night all year in the neighborhood. I suppose since we are just outside of the city limits there are no real rules on it.
