The Mormons kicked the army out of Utah. They won the "War of Utah" as Salt Lake is a natural Bastian with only one good way in at that time in history. I just moved out north of Salt Lake and it sounds like you would be blown away by the presence here. I'm ex-mormon.

I currently rent from the Wooten company at quail ridge east and they are okay, they don't really care about mold calls. I know because they painted over a mold above my bathroom and called it "fixed"and they will send inexperienced plumbers to do work that will need fixed countless times. They are kind of cheap I'm paying around $675 a month for 2 bedroom 1 bath. I like the pool and the weight room though that's definitely a plus.

I've lived in the Pebblecreek apartments for a year and a half and haven't had any issues.

Pebble creek isn’t bad, I haven’t had any issues and if you get a renovated model then the apartments are fairly nice.
