I'm looking at it on google maps right now and helicopter is all I can think of. There really is no way unless you go straight through someone else's yard. It's got swingsets, I never knew that.

Edit: I just spotted a little gravel drive off of Oak Grove Rd. that goes into the park. Also, I am super burned out at work today.

I was once at a light after a beer from the bar and police cut us off. Like sunshine and Campbell. Lady got out of her cop SUV and walked car to car to tell us we'd have to go further down Campbell instead of sunshine. Giant wreck. I said nothing the whole time and nodded then she went to the other car. I was scared there for a minute they were about to test everyone. I'm sure a beer with some nachos over the course of an hour probably in the legal limit. Ate at tacos del Gordo #2 with my brother. Used to go every pay day.

I have read very convincing studies that show turning derelict properties into housing for the homeless or very low income housing is not great.

These old houses often have a lot of issue that people who aren’t accustomed to maintaining a home or who have access to quite limited resources, just can’t address. These houses just continue to deteriorate into squalor but now with a person in them.

I think in many cases it is cheaper and overall better to knock down the run down house and build a couple of new cottagettes or mini homes on the lot to then use for these purposes.
