I worked at a golf course in Olathe, KS while home from Drury for a couple summers. One year the crew wanted to get lunch at Twin Peaks and so I joined them. I didn't know what it was until I sat down at the table. I nearly cringed myself to death just having to be there

Edit: It's actually significantly less than I thought. In 2019 you could sublease half a floor for around 30k a month
