Zoning laws in pretty much every city and suburb across the country literally prevent this. Churches literally can't do this. The closes they can probably come is what Warnock in GA was doing, but as we all know, there was some less than stellar behavior from the management company involved on his behalf.

I live down the street from the bass pro shop store. The light never bothers me. There are alot of areas around Springfield that are real dark so, for me, it nice to be able to see that part lite up. Maybe I am missing something but why some seem to be against Bass Pro and John Morris? The store, the construction there and the light never bothers me. Maybe I am missing something?

I think you mean "good boots," not "nice boots."

Nice boots are the fancy boots you wear when you want to look attractive. Good boots are the ones that'll keep you dry and warm during a slog through ankle-deep water.
